Welcome to Adrenalyn Group (“Adrenalyn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at adrenalyngroup.com (the “Site”), including any content, functionality, ticketing, live streaming, and services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site, purchasing a ticket, subscribing to our newsletter, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us
Adrenalyn Group is a combat sports promotion based in Canberra, Australia, operating boxing events under the “ADRENALYN” brand, including live events, athlete profiles, rankings, news, and live streaming.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase tickets or make payments through the Site. If you are under 18, you may browse the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Tickets, Events & Ticketing Partners
3.1 Tickets to Adrenalyn events may be sold directly through the Site or via third-party ticketing platforms linked from the Site. Where a third-party platform processes your purchase, that platform’s own terms and conditions and privacy policy also apply, and we are not responsible for their handling of your payment or personal data.
3.2 All ticket sales are subject to venue capacity, event scheduling, and applicable law. Event line-ups, fight cards, dates, and venues are subject to change without notice due to factors including athlete availability, injury, or circumstances beyond our control.
3.3 Unless required by law or expressly stated at the time of sale, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event who breaches venue rules, engages in disorderly conduct, or poses a safety risk, without refund.
4. Live Streaming
4.1 Where we offer live streaming of events, access may require a separate purchase, subscription, or registration.
4.2 Live streams are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous streaming, and we are not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or third-party streaming infrastructure issues.
4.3 Recording, redistributing, rebroadcasting, or publicly performing any live stream or recorded footage without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Assumption of Risk – Combat Sports Events
5.1 Combat sports events involve inherent risks, including physical injury, to participants and, in limited circumstances, spectators. By attending an Adrenalyn event, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
5.2 Athletes participate under separate athlete agreements, sanctioning body rules, and medical clearance requirements, which are outside the scope of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on the Site — including logos, the ADRENALYN brand, text, graphics, images, video, athlete imagery used with permission, and software — is owned by or licensed to Adrenalyn Group and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may view, download, and print content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or related networks;
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without permission;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
8. Newsletter & Communications
